U.S. High School Partners
Since its launch in 2019, the Joe Tsai Basketball Scholarship has funded 28 Chinese students to study in the U.S. and established partnerships with nearly 30 high schools across key basketball education regions such as California, Florida, the Washington D.C.–Maryland–Virginia (DMV) area, and New England.
Dedicated to developing well-rounded talents with both academic strength and basketball excellence, the program has already seen the rise of outstanding young athletes such as Fuqu Wang, Sinan Huan, and Sifeng Huan—showcasing the potential and promise of Chinese youth basketball.
Looking ahead, the Joe Tsai Basketball Scholarship will continue to support the holistic development of students, encourage more female participation, and nurture future basketball players with international vision and comprehensive skills. At the same time, the program will further serve as a bridge to deepen sports and cultural exchange between China and the world.
